Hello and Welcome! My name is Sarah Michele Steve Szeszol and I’m so happy to meet you!

You might know me as GalacticTurnip. I am a freelance illustrator and librarian from Chicago. Originally I studied vocal performance and opera in my undergrad, but then I tripped and fell headfirst into libraries. Whoops! Now I spend my days running art and music programs for teens by day, and illustrating freelance art and graphic novels by night!
